This is an unusual style of "Disney Dollar" created as a digital download from Disney.com, under the Disneyblast platform. In October 2001, Disney launched a game called "Who Wants to Be a Villionaire." An official press release was issued on October 11, 2001, announcing this villain- themed version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." If a player won, they would receive a one Villion Dollar bill. A unique bill was created for each villain host, totaling an “unlucky number” of 13 bills. Unfortunately, these bills have no actual monetary value and were created purely for entertainment.
