1989 Disney Dollars

In 1989, Disney reverted the $1 bill to the original 1987 reverse design while retaining the 1988 reverse design featuring the DisneyWorld backdrop for the $5 bill. Additionally, the original disclaimer statement was updated to read, "May be used as legal tender only at Disneyland Park, Walt Disney World Resort, and The Disney Stores."
