2002 Disney Dollars
This year marks the celebration of '100 Years of Magic,' honoring the birth of Walt Disney, his creativity, and his imagination. From the first cartoons to Disney animated films, it commemorates the creation of some of the most beloved characters, including Steamboat Willie, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Tinker Bell, as well as the magic of Disneyland. Notably, this is the first year since 1993 that the intaglio printed border has changed, featuring new colors of green and blue for the five and ten dollar denominations.
