No new bills were introduced in 2004. 2005 Disney Dollars introduced numerous changes and updates. First, Disney released a new 'T' version of the Disney Dollar, available exclusively at the Disney Store. The A, D, and T series bills were updated to include a bar code, and the designers reduced the size of the obverse image of the Castle. Though a non bar code version was also printed. Disney discontinued the use of the letter 'A' following the serial number starting in 2005.This year also featured the release of the “Chicken Little” Disney Dollar, created to promote the movie, along with a $50 Disney Dollar representing Mickey Mouse. These bills celebrated the Disneyland Resort as 'The Happiest Place on Earth,' with a special feature on the reverse side: a colored-in depiction of Tinker Bell. Also released was a special limited edition $50 bill featuring the art of Charles Boyer. Only 500 of these were printed with 100 signed by the artist.Another series of Disney Dollars was also designed in 2005, introducing new $1, $5, and $10 bills. These were officially released in 2006.
